Renee Mielnicki is a senior human resources and legal executive with extensive experience leading HR, compliance, and risk management initiatives. As Vice President of HR Consulting within Keystone’s Risk Management Division, she directs scalable HR consulting services that support client organizations nationwide.
Renee’s background includes public sector legal counsel and civil litigation experience, giving her a strong foundation in employment law and risk mitigation. In her role, she focuses on expanding HR consulting services and delivering practical solutions that support organizational effectiveness and long-term success.
