Brian Perkins is a dedicated leader with more than 15 years of experience in risk management and insurance operations. As President of Risk Management, Brian partners with organizations and Keystone agencies to strengthen risk profiles, improve efficiencies, and drive meaningful results.

Before joining Keystone, Brian held leadership roles across operations, finance, safety, human resources, and controller functions. This diverse background allows him to approach risk management with both strategic perspective and operational insight.

Brian’s leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership. He focuses on empowering teams through mentorship, clear communication, and shared accountability, building high-performing teams that consistently deliver.

What Brian values most about Keystone is its people: the professionalism, expertise, and genuine sense of connection that define the organization and its partner relationships.

Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duquesne University. He holds his CWCA designation.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is happily married to his wife, Natalie, and is a proud father of three. He enjoys coaching youth basketball and baseball, working on projects around the house, traveling, and golfing.
