Danielle Coutts is Chief Human Resources Officer at Keystone, where she leads the company’s human resources function — overseeing talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR strategy across Keystone’s growing platform. Coutts brings more than 13 years of progressive HR leadership experience, most recently serving as Director of HR within Brown & Brown retail following the acquisition of Risk Strategies by Brown & Brown. She joined Risk Strategies in 2013 and spent more than eight years building deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations through a period of significant growth and transformation, being promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2021. Reporting directly to CEO Mike Walsh as a key member of the senior leadership team, Coutts is focused on building the employee experience and talent infrastructure to support Keystone’s more than 2,200 employees nationwide and its continued long-term growth.
