Dan Lussier is Chief Administrative Officer at Keystone, where he leads operational strategy, regional development, and systems integration — aligning Keystone’s growing community of Platform Partners and strengthening the infrastructure to support continued organic and acquisition-driven growth. Lussier joins Keystone following a distinguished career as both an agency owner and insurance executive; after acquiring and leading an independent agency in Vermont, he grew the business over 15 years through a series of strategic acquisitions before joining NFP. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing organizations, integrating operations, and developing leadership teams, and in his role as CAO he works closely with regional leaders, Platform Partners, and corporate teams to drive operational consistency, improve communication, and create scalable processes that preserve local relationships while delivering national scale.
