Michael Kuiros brings hands-on experience in risk management, DOT compliance, and fleet safety to his role as Vice President of Safety & Fleet Services. His background includes working closely with motor carriers and safety-sensitive operations to strengthen safety culture, improve regulatory readiness, and support better insurance outcomes.

In his role, Michael focuses on risk management strategy, DOT and regulatory compliance, fleet safety program development, and data-driven safety improvement through telematics. He partners with producers to build scalable safety solutions that support agency growth while increasing carrier confidence.

Michael’s leadership style is collaborative and solutions driven. He is known for translating complex compliance and risk challenges into practical, real-world action plans, while remaining accessible and focused on clear expectations and results.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and holds his CWCA designation. He is also a licensed Property & Casualty Producer in Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys anything related to the Pittsburgh Steelers, spending time with friends and family, and working on creative projects around the house.
