Katherine Rolfe is a senior insurance leader with extensive experience in claims management and risk management. As Chief Claims Officer, she works closely with agencies to support strong claims outcomes, improve processes, and enhance the client experience.

Katherine brings decades of experience in the claims arena, with a career shaped by leadership roles across claims operations, litigation management, and advocacy at national insurance organizations. This depth of experience allows her to bring a thoughtful, steady perspective to complex situations and partner conversations.

In her role at Keystone, Katherine helps agencies differentiate their services through consultative claims advocacy and risk management support. She enjoys working directly with agencies and clients to help them better understand the claims and litigation process, while also supporting agents in identifying concerns and navigating complex situations.

Katherine is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams. Her leadership style emphasizes growth, mentorship, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering meaningful results for agencies and their clients.

Katherine holds an MBA in Risk Management from Husson University, a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Southern Maine, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from Castleton State College. She maintains multiple industry designations, including CPCU, CRIS, SCLA, and AIC, and is involved with CLM.
