This team is a direct resource for agencies, helping them navigate carrier partnerships, leverage Keystone’s services, and uncover new opportunities.

How We Support Your Agency:

Agency Experience

Upon joining the network, Keystone collaborates with you to build a customized onboarding plan as part of the onboarding process. Together, we will start the process shortly after joining Keystone and will conclude within approximately 60-90 days.

Our three-tiered approach:

Field Management

State VPs connect agents to resources, assist with business planning, and serve as carrier liaisons. Each state is part of a Keystone region, led by a Regional President.

Internal Coordinator

This team provides internal support for agencies as well as State and Regional Presidents. They assist with agency licensing, appointments, and ensure business operations run smoothly.

Onboarding

The Onboarding Coordinator supports agencies and Keystone staff during initial orientation. They manage scheduling, coordination, and completion of the onboarding process.
