Mechanicsburg, Pa. (July 2026) – Seltzer Group Partners, a Keystone Platform Partner, announced the acquisition of Trego Insurance Agency, strengthening its presence in Berks County, PA and expanding the resources and capabilities available to clients across the region.
Founded as an independent agency in 2020, Trego Insurance Agency has grown rapidly by focusing on strong local relationships, personalized service, and access to a broad range of insurance solutions. Led by Steve Trego, the agency serves clients across Pennsylvania and several surrounding states with commercial and personal insurance solutions.
The relationship between the two organizations began well before the acquisition. Trego joined Keystone as a Network Partner in 2020; Seltzer, meanwhile, has been part of the Keystone community for decades. Through that shared connection, the agencies developed a relationship built on collaboration, similar values, and a commitment to maintaining the local service independent agencies are known for.
