Sheldon Palefsky brings more than 30 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry to his role as State Vice President for Georgia and Tennessee. Appointed to this role in 2018, he works closely with Keystone agencies and carrier partners to support long-term, profitable growth and enhance the services delivered to mutual clients.
Sheldon’s career spans both the carrier and agency sides of the business, providing him with a strong understanding of the agency perspective. His experience across commercial underwriting, sales, and carrier marketing leadership allows him to identify agency needs and connect them with the appropriate carrier and Keystone resources.
Sheldon is known for his straightforward, fact-based leadership style and solutions-focused approach. He values clarity, critical thinking, and accountability, and enjoys working alongside agencies to navigate new challenges and opportunities.
Sheldon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia (Go Dogs!) and holds his CIC designation. He represents Keystone at Big “I” events across Georgia and Tennessee.
