Meghan Pizzolato serves as Keystone’s State Vice President for Texas and Oklahoma, bringing a strong background in sales leadership, agency development, and relationship management to her role. She joined Keystone in 2021 after more than a decade in carrier and sales-focused roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what agencies need to grow and succeed.
In her role, Meghan focuses on agency growth, sales strategy, recruiting, and connecting Keystone partners with the right resources to solve challenges and accelerate progress. She works closely with agencies to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and build momentum through thoughtful problem-solving and mentorship.
Meghan describes herself as a people connector who believes deeply in the power of shared knowledge and trust built through action. She strives to ensure everyone feels valued and heard, guided by the belief that “the smartest person in the room is the room.” What she enjoys most about her work is seeing Keystone partners achieve their goals with the support of the network behind them.
Meghan earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Louisiana State University and holds her CIC designation.
