Matt Fink serves as Keystone’s State Vice President for Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, bringing a strong background in carrier leadership and agency development to his role. Prior to joining Keystone, Matt spent 12 years with Safeco/Liberty Mutual as a Senior Territory Manager and began his career on the agency side as a Producer—giving him valuable perspective on both carrier and agency needs.
In his role, Matt serves as the primary relationship point for Keystone agencies across his region, helping them grow revenue by connecting them with Keystone’s divisions and aligning them with carrier management. He focuses on building clarity, alignment, and momentum as agencies take their next steps in growth.
Matt’s leadership style emphasizes relationship-building, empowerment, and strong communication. He enjoys partnering closely with agencies, building trust, and supporting them as they strengthen their businesses and long-term strategies.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Illinois State University.
