Kevin Shannon brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to his role at Keystone, with a career primarily on the carrier side of the business. He began his professional journey in claims and agency automation before expanding into underwriting, sales, business development, and marketing. Throughout his career, Kevin has remained focused on one core priority: building strong, trusted relationships that drive meaningful growth.
In his role as State Vice President of New Jersey, Kevin partners closely with agencies and carriers to support agency growth through solution-oriented relationships. He is known for aligning opportunity with accountability, helping partners identify strategies that are both practical and impactful. Kevin’s leadership style is grounded in trust, active listening, and clarity. He believes that strong performance starts with understanding people and their motivations.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management & Marketing from Widener University and holds his CIC designation. He is actively involved in the industry, serving on the state board of directors for the Big “I” and as Chairman of the Big I of Southern New Jersey.
