In his role, Joe connects agencies with Keystone resources, serves as a key liaison between agencies and carrier partners, and facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing across the network. He focuses on helping agencies navigate challenges, strengthen carrier relationships, and identify opportunities to grow and evolve within their markets.
Joe’s career includes extensive experience in sales within the insurance and financial services industries, including time in carrier-facing and specialty insurance environments. This background gives him a strong understanding of both agency and carrier perspectives.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
