Brandon Craig serves as Keystone’s State Vice President for North Carolina. In this position, Brandon leads independent agency distribution strategy within the Property & Casualty insurance marketplace, supporting and growing a network of independent agencies across the state. He partners closely with agency principals and carrier partners to drive profitable growth, operational consistency, and long-term enterprise value.
Prior to joining Keystone, Brandon played a key role at Liberty Mutual in the development of its Distributed Marketing Program and Agency Growth Strategies Pilot. He contributed to cross-functional initiatives focused on empowering field teams, recognizing performance, and implementing standardized work practices across a national distribution network supporting more than 150 agencies. This experience sharpened his focus on scalability, engagement, and execution across complex agency environments.
Brandon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Kennesaw State University and holds active Property & Casualty insurance licenses. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
