Amy Kolbl brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role as Vice President for Maryland and Virginia. Her career spans underwriting, sales leadership, and insurance advocacy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the real-world challenges and opportunities that agencies face, and strategies to help them grow.
Known for her proactive, hands-on approach, Amy serves as a strategic partner, not just a resource. She is deeply involved in helping agencies adapt to changing underwriting standards, compensation pressures, and capacity challenges, while creating sustainable growth without sacrificing individuality.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hartwick College and maintains multiple industry designations, including CPCU, CIC, CPIA, and API. She is actively involved in association boards in Virginia and Maryland, including IIAV, PIA, and IA&B.
