Taylor brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished career in the employee benefits sector, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Employee Benefits at HUB International. During her tenure there, she co-led the Midwest Employee Benefits practice, overseeing revenue growth, profitability, and operational strategy for over nine years. Her extensive background also includes leadership positions at Mercer, Aetna, and AON Consulting, Inc., where she managed client relationships, developed strategic benefit solutions, and led teams serving a diverse range of national and middle-market accounts. Taylor holds a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University.
